If you would like to cancel your service or request a refund, please email us at info@theacademybasketball.org and be sure to include a copy of your emailed receipt, the full name of the participant, and the name of the service you purchased.

Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the day of the service will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 7 days prior to the day of the service will receive a 50% refund of the original purchase price. Cancellations received 6 days or less prior to the day of the service or after the service has already begun, will not be eligible for a refund. No exceptions.

If the participant is injured or unable to attend the service or event, a site credit will be issued for a future service date. If a camp, clinic, or program is unable to operate due to directives provided by local, state, or federal government, the participant will receive a full refund all fees paid, returned to the original form of payment.
